Dr Zheng Zhiping received her M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree in micro-electronics and solid state electronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST)in 2002 and 2005 respectively. Now she holds an associate professor position in the School of Optical and Electronic Information at HUST. Her current research within the Engineering Research Centre of Ministry of Education for Functional Ceramics focuses on the design and fabrication of compound semiconductor single crystals for nuclear detectors, LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics) and sensitive semiconductor ceramics.
