Liu Dongsheng received the Ph.D. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China,in 2007, for his thesis on passiveRFID tag IC. Since 2011, he has been an Associate Professor at the School of Optical and Electronic Information inHuazhong University of Science and Technology. So far his five Chinese patents have authored or co-authored over 20 technical papers in RFID technology and IC design. His main research interests are VLSI design, RFID tag chip, biomedical RF transceiver, authentication schemes for RFID, RNG and EEPROM. He is a member of IEEE.
