Academic Degrees

Zhang Daoli received his PhD degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2001.

Professional Experience

He joined the Department of Electronic Science and Technology, School of Optical and Electronic Information at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1996. He worked as an academic visitor in EPSRC National Centre for III–V Technologies at the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering of The University of Sheffield in the UK between 2002 and 2003. He was appointed to the position of professor in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in July 2003.
