On August 18th, Zhaoyi imagine cup, which was the fourteenth final Competition of China Master Electronic Design, was completely finished in Nanjing. The team called ‘a small-flying fish’ guided by the professor Benpeng Zhu from the School of Optic and Electronic Information made an unprecedented breakthrough. This team got the highest award top 10，the first prize of whole nation, the first prize of Xilinx, a special MathWorks award and others at the same time, which made professor BenPeng Zhu a honor ’Excellent Guided teacher ’.

The topic of the team, a small-flying fish, was‘Ultra-harmonic ultrasound imaging device for myocardial microvascular’, the product based on a Natural Science Fund Instrument Project cooperated with Xiehe hospital in our school, under the guidance of professor Benpeng Zhu, was finished in the end by Tingnian Xu，Zhengjie Wu, Xinqi Deng, Xinchao Qiu.This device used the nonlinear effect of microbubble. The they also made something new like Low-frequency high-connected dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer and its associated radiating circuit and receiving circuit. The whole team in the processing of developing transducer has made a great effort, in order to make the design to be truth, they did a lot of jobs like simulations, manufactures, performance detections until the midnight sometimes. In the processing of designing circuit, the circuit board was destroyed many times and they fixed it again and again and kept going, the result was they created a new circuit that is stable and reliable. Team numbers are improving the device day by day. Finally, the device can realize high-contrast, high-definition 3D real-time imaging of imitation microvascular with an outer diameter of 110 microns. Looking back to the whole competition, this team ’a small-flying fish’, after the competition in college, the competition in internet, quarter-finals in Huazhong area and finals, have got a very high evaluation among experts and entrepreneurs.

The Competition of China Master Electronic design is one of the important events ‘the activity of innovation and practice for master in china’ held by the Ministry of Education by Graduate Education Development Center mainly. This competition gets started on April，2019, attracting 3393 teams for 8 areas in china, more than 1300 students from 132 universities bring 400 newest products of electronic achievements and smart hardware into the finals.

As we all known, the school of optical and electronic information pays a lot of attention on the master’s abilities of innovation and practice, Ling Li, deputy secretary of our college, Ming Tang, the vice-president of our college, set up a leading group named ‘a series competitions of china master’s innovation and practice’, combining the characteristics of the major of optics and electronics to satisfy the need of competitions of inventing ‘core’ for Chinese masters, electronic design, the technology of serving for a smart city, creation design and artificial intelligence innovation. In this summer vacation, all of the awards we got in the school of optical and electronic information are including once the first prize of competition of electronic design for masters, three times the second prize of competition of inventing ‘core’ and seven times the third prize totally, which provides a super power for the strategic of "Double First-rate".
